An Experiment in Delight

So the blog begins.

A dedication to writing.

30 years in the making.

Here goes. I begin with this. Just going to jump in rather than overthinking a beginning.

I commit to Delight.

I take the risk to delight in.

Even when my world is falling apart.

I take the risk of sharing it.

I was inspired to do this after listening to the This American Life podcast The Show of Delights.

In it, I was introduced to Ross Gay, who wrote a beautiful, simple, super radical book called The Book of Delights, where he spent a year writing about a delight he discovered, encountered, allowed, each day.
